I was the sole maintenance guy for the Brooklyn, Melrose, and Millennium apartment complexes on a day to day basis. Duty's included diagnosing issues and making repairs across a wide array of skill types. Things like fixing appliances, plumbing and electrical repair, painting and drywall, flooring installation, window and door repair and replacement, Hvac upkeep and minor repairs as well as other tasks like minor house keeping and grounds upkeep. I was also responsible for gathering quotes and coordinating contractors for repairs and services not done in house.

Reason for Leaving?I felt responsible for the Millenium flooding Christmas day 2022. I didnt handle it well and more or less had a mental breakdown.
