Hello!

I am originally from Olney, moved to Florida 4 years ago, but looking to move back to be closer to my family. We are in the process of purchasing some land in Olney (if all goes according to plan, 2 lots side by side equaling a little over an acre) to build a home but not quite sure where to start. Several people mentioned you guys build beautiful homes so just wanting to chat to see timelines, costs, etc to try and get something on the books with you.

Hello,
My husband and I have been searching the market for over 2 years to upgrade for our family of 4. Obviously, there’s not much on the market or you’re literally 5th in line to put in an offer.
We own a home now that’s about 1900 sq ft with affordable taxes, but the layout isn’t ideal and it’s on a busy road for small children.
There’s a lot for sale in Riley Creek on Charleston’s west side that looks appealing. Could you build a house there for $300k with at least 2,000 sq ft? My husband called a long time ago and spoke with someone that roughly quoted $450k, much out of the budget. I’m hoping this is because it was during the pandemic and building materials were high.
