Hello,
I’m interested in possibly building a home in 2025 in Tolono. I will be purchasing the lot from my grandmother, and the lot is oddly shaped so I’m unsure of the style or square footage of home that would fit on the lot. I have several floor plans and designs that I like, but ultimately I am open to suggestions. I would prefer a 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom and would consider 2 bedrooms and an office. I would prefer a 2-car garage that would have to be at the front, which would require a design allowing that. At this time, I do not have financing, I was previously approved by the USDA but ran into multiple roadblocks in conversations as I quickly realized that builders don’t want to work with them, so I let it lapse. I am currently looking for information on square footage prices, if you could let me know how much per square footage you are currently building at, I would appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you.
