You built us a shell home in 2002. We have two windows that are always fogged up. Is there any fix to this problem or can you point us to the manufacturer.

I was wondering what the average cost per sq ft to build a house is. I know a lot of variables go into it but it has been about 18 years since I had a house built. I don’t plan on anything fancy just vinyl siding, carpet, linoleum, etc. if you could just give me a general idea I would appreciate it.
