Hello, my husband and I are looking into building in Monticello given the buying market is quite tough there at the moment. I recently saw you had lot availability in Mattoon, I was curious if you had any land/lots in Monticello similarly?

Additionally, how long is process start to finish once we begin conversations of our build? Assuming that we have bought a lot already.

Good morning,
Are you working with modular (not mobile) homes as well? I heard that is a somewhat lower in price.
And I have one more question: do you have lots that are about .25-.30ac at the edge of Charleston or Mattoon for a one level house of about 1500 sqft?

I am in the extremely preliminary planning of a new home and just want a roundabout idea of how much a 1,000 ft basement would cost to build plumed for a bathroom. I'm just trying to get a very rough idea of the budget for my overall budget and this is one of the costs I have no idea about.
