We just purchased a lakefront lot in Oak terrace resort in Pana, Illinois. Our agent, Phil Dresser recommended we contact you. We would like to build our retirement home on the lot. It will be our first time building, so we need a lot of guidance and direction. The lot is .83 acres, but the land itself will need some evening out. We are thinking we would like about 2200 square foot ranch style with attached garage and basement. Probably 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with an at home office and room for an art studio (with sink).
