We just purchased a lakefront lot in Oak terrace resort in Pana, Illinois. Our agent, Phil Dresser recommended we contact you. We would like to build our retirement home on the lot. It will be our first time building, so we need a lot of guidance and direction. The lot is .83 acres, but the land itself will need some evening out. We are thinking we would like about 2200 square foot ranch style with attached garage and basement. Probably 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with an at home office and room for an art studio (with sink). Still working it out in our heads! We would love to hear from someone on how to start the process. Thank you!

The damage happened to a buried Mediacom 625 feeder coaxial cable during
excavation to install residential sewer service by Bartels Construction You provided their contact information to us but we have received no response. Are you able to provide a copy of their COI or will this be something you pay on their behalf?
