• Succesfully won a ~S35M project contract as a Lead Estimator for the Naphtha Cracking Plant Expansion Project;
• Closed-out ~S11.7M subcontractor contracts in a Coal-Fired Power Plant Project;
• Turned-over 20 new residential units for a Commercial/Residential Building.

I know that my construction background is a bit different from residential but I am not closing my doors to opportunities such as this.
