I'm responsible for managing both existing and new architectural projects from schematic design phase to construction documentation and administration.
My role at Streamline includes interpreting client needs to develop design in accordance with city's code requirements.
My work responsibilities includes coordination with the consultants, work with contractors, and provide integrated design solutions
I'm also responsible for developing construction drawings, conducting on-site visits, and work within teams to produce drawing sets that meet budget, schedules and aesthetics.

I am writing to express my strong interest in the Architectural Designer position on a full-time basis. With two and a half years of work experience in Illinois/ Iowa, I have cultivated a proven ability to approach both existing and new projects with both creativity and technical proficiency.

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Architecture in 2023 and have been working in the Quad Cities area since then. My experience spans the full project lifecycle, from preliminary design to construction documentation and administration. In my current role, I have led designing and documentation efforts for 10+ multi-family residential projects, including one multi-million dollar project in Moline, IL. Due to our team’s diligent efforts in that project, we were able to come under budget along with ensuring the project meets the client’s vision and strict compliance with the city's form based code. I have worked closely with two educational school districts in the Quad Cities Area, in which I was responsible for documentation of their school expansion project as well as conducting 10 Year Health Life Safety Surveys. My work on a couple of community projects involve gaining stakeholder’s input, presenting in city council meetings, and analyzing bid tabs, while my commercial experience allows me to develop technical skillset, as required for projects like Credit Union, Starbucks, and Cities Wealth Group’s headquarters. I am committed to professional growth and I am actively pursuing licensure, with completed AXP hours documented through NCARB.
