• Perform full-scale interior and exterior home renovations, including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and HVAC-related systems in accordance with safety codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and client specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Manage material selection, ordering, and cost control to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Operate a variety of power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain strong client communication, providing progress updates and addressing design changes or issues.

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance, including basic carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and fixture installation.
• Assist with remodeling projects such as flooring installation, cabinet replacement, and minor framing.
• Troubleshoot and complete small plumbing and electrical tasks within safety guidelines.
• Support lead remodelers by preparing job sites, organizing materials, and cleaning up after work is completed.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Provide courteous, reliable service and communicate clearly with homeowners about project needs.

• Assist with construction of high-quality residential homes, focusing on both structural framing and detailed finish work.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials under the guidance of experienced carpenters.
• Learn and apply techniques for installing trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other interior finishes.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure tools and materials are properly handled.
• Read and follow basic plans, drawings, and instructions to support project accuracy.
