- Take full responsibilty for the boutique in the absence of the boutique manager.
- Maintain floor coverage to support the sales team in providing the most pleasant, and customer friendly experience possible.
- Personal stylist... help customers create the most suitable image by choosing clothes and accessories that fit the customer's body type and individual needs.
- Provide style advice, assist with hair and make-up, and even home decor.
- Monitor social media engagement, and customer outreach in order to promote growth.
- Develop strong product knowledge, continuously expand leadership knowledge in order to drive team performance and maintain positive work culture.
- Leading by example in order to promote accountability, and ownership among team members.
- Assist boutique manager in preparing and executing special events and community initiatives that promote sales.

- Quickly and efficiently transfer funds electronically in a short time frame.
- Demonstrate organizational skills by logging data into various systems, such as Excel.
- Maintain and assist with cash management reports.

- Assign temporary employees to different available jobs located in or around Richland County.
- Obtain information from the individual applying, to add into a computer program to have on file when filling a job order or ending the order.
- Make appointments for interviews; sit down with the employee to ask them standard interview questions, receive additional information, take a background and drug screen, etc.
- File papers, answer phone calls, and additional duties.
