Hi! We own an acre lot in rural Champaign that we are exploring the idea of building on. We previously went through the stages of designing a custom home in 2021 for this lot, but due to increased costs during Covid, we pulled back. We would love to know more about the shell options and completed builds. We are ready to take the next step in beginning this process again.
