Looking to get our forever home built for our family in Mattoon. Home desires include: 2 1/2 car attached garage, fenced yard, 4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms and a den/office space, 2 or 2 1/2 baths one would have a shower tub combo and another would be a master bath with a nice walk in shower, open kitchen living area with tons of cabinet space, kitchen island and would also love a coffee bar space and nice size pantry. Those are the main items there is more to dream of but we need to make sure we stay within the budget. Other wants: small covered front porch, back patio, garage entry into the laundry room/mud room, nice closet spaces, and potentially a designated dining area or just open space for play area for our kiddos. We have two littles currently under 2 years old and this will be the home they would grow up in
