We want to build a home with a main floor and walk out basement. We want 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms on the main floor and 2 bed 1 bath in the basement. We plan to leave the basement completely unfinished for now and just have the hook ups for the bathroom and the walls for the bedrooms (if we need to, if we can wait for walls we will). In the upstairs we would like a 16 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room and a balcony porch off the living space. We would like our living room/kitchen/dining area to be open concept with a large island in the kitchen.
