I am wanting to get pricing on a new build with the following characteristics:
2800-3000 sq ft Not including the garage

4-5 Bedrooms (4 on one level and 1 in basement)
Finished Basement with living space and full bath. Would like a small kitchen/bar space with a fridge.

Another large full bath on main floor with double vanities
Main floor laundry room with full sized washer and dryer
Open floor plan for living room/ dining room/kitchen

Sliding Glass Doors with built in shades walking out to a Large Outdoor Covered Patio Area with ceiling fan and recessed lighting
