2500 sq ft home (4 beds, 3.5 baths) - or less. Covenants require a 1-story be 1,800 sq ft and a 2 story be 2500.
Large great room (kitchen/dining/living)
2-3 car garage
Walk-out finished basement
Plan off of houseplans.com (or similar site)
Mid-level finishes in most of house with some higher end in finishes in kitchen/bathrooms
Whole house generator
warming floors in bathroom (maybe drive-way)
