Hello/good evening. I am curious as to whether or not you do smaller home builds or only custom high end builds. I have my lot I just closed on and it is an older smaller non high end custom area of homes. I semi sort of have my own idea/plans/knowledge. The lot has easy access, level, utilities at the site address is 213 diana ave shorewood il 60404 1500sqft minimum excluding basement (cant be used for sq ft living space per village). I dont need a basement. I have my own idea/bang for dollar home plan with a garage 160-180k budget.
