Good afternoon,

I am reaching out on behalf of St Thomas School in Philo to see if you would be interested in donating any products, services or gift cards to be included in our upcoming silent auction held at our annual Trivia Night on March 7, 2026. If those options are not possible, sponsorship of any amount helps tremendously, too.

We are a 501c3 school that serves classrooms PreK-3 through 8th grade. Our goal for this year's event is to raise $30,000 to support our school. This annual event has typically drawn an audience of 350+ via in-person and online auction support. Our efforts help fulfill teacher grants for classroom supplies, continuing education, and activities that benefit our students.

In exchange, donor sponsorships/gifts/products valued over $50 will receive recognition at the event, including the event website, social media page, and in person at the event.
