I downloaded your home guide and read through it. We are looking at several options. I am interested in learning more about your shell option. I have downloaded some plan ideas. We are looking at homes around 1600 sq/ft and a Cape Cod style with a 1100 sq/ft footprint. We would like a basement if possible.
