Greetings!

I am reaching out on behalf of St Thomas School in Philo, IL to see if you would be interested in donating any products, services, tickets, or gift cards to be included in our upcoming silent auction held at our annual Trivia Night on March 1, 2025.
We are also looking for a company to sponsor a table gift such as huggies, pens, notepads, etc if that is of any interest. It's a great way to donate & advertise at the same time!!

Your business came recommended by our school parents! We would love to extend the same introduction to all of our families by showcasing your business!

Our efforts help fulfill teacher grants for classroom supplies, continuing education, and activities that benefit our students.

We are a school that serves classrooms PreK-3 through 8th grade. Our goal for this year's event is to raise $30,000 to support our school. This annual event has typically drawn an audience of 500+ via in-person and online auction support.

In exchange, donor sponsorships/gifts/products valued over $50 will receive recognition at the event, including the event website, social media page, and in person at the event.
