I am reaching out to see if your company would have any recommendations for a residential architect in the greater Central Illinois/Indiana area?
My wife and I are looking to complete a fairly substantial renovation (kitchen, pantry, and bathroom) and various additions (great room, poured concrete basement, 3 new beds, and 2 new baths, and a 3-car garage). The current structure is a 1970s 2bed/1.5bath ranch house on 24 wooded acres, located south of Villa Grove, IL.
We aim to incorporate various elements, including craftsmanship, cabin, and rustic farmhouse features into these modifications. Our at-completion cost aims to be between $500k-$1M.
Currently, we are seeking architectural services to ensure that we are able to seamlessly blend old with new. Once design has been completed, we will aim to immediately begin construction, preferably in 2026.
