We hope to build a new home several miles north of Newman, IL, on my Mothers 80 acres. Start this spring so we are talking to builders. 1610 SF home with attached 2 car garage. 1 story hip roof 8 foot ceilings with perhaps a living room tray ceiling or beams. All exterior EIFS and maybe some stone. Need water well dug and septic. I will enclose a picture if possible in next email.
