Assisting my mother with finding a contractor for her new construction home located in the Heather Hills Subdivision outside of St. Joseph. Home will be in a special flood hazard area, so we are looking for contractors with some experience with this type of construction. Right now, she only has ideas of what she wants, so we are looking for someone that can help her through the entire process, including any additional services she might need.
