My husband and I are in the beginning phase of building a house. We close on the lot the end of March. We don't want to start building for approx. 12 months. We have a house plan in mind and were wondering if it's possible to get a ballpark figure for cost to build. I know finishes will have an impact on the cost per sq ft, but we are just kind of trying to get an idea.
