I received a call last week from Avery and unfortunately missed her call. I left her a message about an hour later and have not heard back from her. Fully understanding everyone is busy, I decided to contact this way to see if some of my questions could be answered. My most important question is do you work with USDA loans? I am in the waiting process to see how much I am approved for and started to do my do diligence to find a builder that I could possibly work with. My other option is a modular home, but if I could I would much rather build. I'm in and out of work meetings today, but if Avery could give me a call back this afternoon or next week sometime I would appreciate it. Thanks much!
