I spoke with a Drake Homes representative over a year ago regarding building a home on the twelve acres I own five miles north of Mahomet on CR 2700 N.

Due to unforseen circumstaces I was not able to pursue the constrution of my home on the propperty as planned in 2022. Fortunantly those circustaces are no longer a factor.

Mr. Hartke, a local surveyor, surveyed the land for a LOMA that was approved by FEMA. He also did the site plan. I have the floor plans also with one change from when the floor plan was drawn up last year.

When requested, I will send the above documents to discuss with a Drake Homes represnttive.
