Installation Process and Timeline
* Panels are custom-made off-site and trucked in, then craned into place on a prepared gravel footing. Installation takes just one day for a standard home, with minimal on-site disruption. Factory-controlled process ensures consistency and avoids weather delays.
* Faster install means less exposure to elements, reducing risks like frost heave or uneven settling from temperature fluctuations
Durability and Structural Integrity
* Made with high-strength (5,000+ psi) concrete, steel studs, and integral reinforcement. They’re engineered for greater resistance to soil pressure, water intrusion, and seismic activity. Panels include built-in drainage and are less prone to cracking since they’re cured in a controlled environment.
Insulation, Energy Efficiency, and Waterproofing
* Come pre-insulated with rigid foam, providing excellent thermal performance without add-ons. This keeps basements warmer in winter and cooler in summer, reducing energy bills and condensation. Waterproofing is inherent, with no need for extra membranes.
Cost and Value
* Faster build times, reduced labor, and no extras for insulation/waterproofing.
* Better ROI in energy-conscious builds, especially with rising utility rates.
* No need for additional framing to finish your basement walls. The walls come pre insulated and pre studded. You can sheetrock during your custom home build, or, wait to finish it without the need for additional framing on the exterior walls.
